Purpose and Reason:

It is the purpose of these rules to aid anyone who wishes to appear before the Rhode Island Division of Public Utilities and Carriers. It is the Division's intention to be accessible and to make these Rules of Practice and Procedure clear and understandable for counsel and the general public. This technical revision updates the location of the Division offices.
