Purpose and Reason:
To implement and facilitate the developement of a Renewable Energy Standard in compliance with R.I.G.L. 39-26-1 et seq. Technical revision include corrections and updates to references in various sections as follows: 1)Page 3 - Section 3.23 (iv), first line, Section 5.1.1 (vi) was changed to Section 5.1(i)(f); 2)Page 5 - Section 3.29 (i), second line, Section 3.26 was changed to Section 3.27; 3)Page 6 - Section 3.33, last line, 6.8 (iii)(b), (c),(e), and (g) was changed to 6.8 (iii)(b),(c),(f), and (g); 4)Page 6 – Section 4.2, Table Footnote 1, added reference Docket No. 4404; 5)Page 9 - Section 6.1 (iv), last line, Section 3.22 was changed to Section 3.23; 6)Page 11 - Section 6.8(ii),lines 6 and 8, added commas as appropriate and added (f) n both lines; 7)Page 15 - Section 7.3, changed Economic Development Corporation to Commerce Corporation; 8)Page 17 - Section 7.9(i), line 2, Section 3.1 was changed to Section 3.2.; and 9)Page 20 – Section 8.5(i) changed State Energy Office (“SEO”) to Office of Energy Resources (“OER”), and changed Economic Development Corporation (“EDC”) to Commerce Corporation. No substantive changes were made.
