Purpose and Reason:
The regulations are intended to govern the termination of residential utility service provided by regulated gas, electric and gas utilities. The amended regulations reflect the addition of Part V, Section 4(G), as underlined on pages 37-38. These regulation will expire ERLID# 8422 filed on November 1, 2016.
