Purpose and Reason:
The regulations are intended to govern the termination and restoration of residential utility service provided by regulated electric, gas and water utilities. The amended rules reflect the addition of Part V Section 4(G)on pages 37-38.
Brief statement of Reason for Finding Imminent Peril:
Because Rhode Island's current unemployement rate is higher than last year, making it more difficult for Rhode Islanders to meet their financial obligations
