Purpose and Reason:
This technical amendment filing is to replace and correct one sentence in Section 390.7B with CRMC-approved amendments from the September 23, 2008 hearing. The CRMC had previously and correctly filed all other changes, however, this one sentence in 390.7B was inadvertently unchanged in that filing. This technical revision will correct the old language in 390.7B with previously publicly noticed and Council approved text.
