Purpose and Reason:

Purpose: to amend Chapter 9 of the Narrow River SAMP in its entirety. Specifically, the prohibition in Section 940.C.1(b) is being amended to provide for development on parcels with an available sewer line in cases where limited wetland filling is needed to gain access to the parcel. In addition, a number of technical corrections are proposed for outdated existing text.
