Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of the methodology is to determine the values of motor vehicles using information concerning the make, model, type, year of manufacture to be used in the determination of excise taxes of December 31, 2015 assessed by each municipality in Rhode Island. Change made between the text of proposed and text of adopted to correct a typographical error. No substantive change was made.
