Section 2(1.01) Changes the effective date from December 31,2009 to December 31,2010 Section 3(1.01-1.08) Changes various terms, language,corrects the state law number and the various model years of motor vehicles to be valued and the date of the NADA guides that will be used to value those vehicles.
