Purpose and Reason:

RIHPC General Procedures are internal operating procedures which have been adopted by majority vote of the Commission. RIHPHC General Procedures describe how the Commission will conduct certain routine activities such as meetings of the commission or delegation of administrative authority to the Exectuive Director. RIHPC General Procedures may be amended by majority vote of the Commission.
