Purpose and Reason:
The purpose of this action is to jointly promulgate regulations for the Historic Preservation Tax Credits (2013) program with the Division of Taxation. These regulations implement R.I. Gen. Laws Chapter 44-33.6 “Historic Preservation Tax Credits 2013.”
