Purpose and Reason:
Conforms the language used in this regulation to that used in other revolving door provisions of the Code, clarifying that General Assembly members may not seek or accept state employment or service as a consultant or independent contractor to the state, while serving in the General Assembly and for one (1) year thereafter.
