Purpose and Reason:

To implement the 2004 and 2005 legislative revisions to the Low and Moderate Income Housing Act, reflect changes to the State Housing Appeals Board (SHAB) membership, provide for SHAB's retention of neutral experts and establish a filing fee schedule for appeals brought before the SHAB.
