Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this amendment is to (1) provide the current address of the Board; (2) to remove the requirement that meetings be held at 1:00 p.m. and (3) to remove the requirement that an application be signed and sealed by a Notary Public or Justice of the Peace. This requirement is not included in the statute and is an impediment to the implementation of electronic licensing.
