Purpose and Reason:
The purpose of the amendment is to make procedural changes. Some of the substantive changes consist of changing its 4 yr Rolling Clock to 5 yrs in accordance with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, changing requirements on inter-jurisdictional practice, specifying how many continuing education hrs for renewing for the first time, reformatting the rules and replacing inaccurate reference. There is no substantive difference between the proposed draft and the final copy.
