Purpose and Reason:
This rule and regulations is being amended to bring it in compliance with the enactment of R.I.G.L. 17-9.1-33 in January of 2010. The rule and regulation now contains language allowing sixteen (16) year olds to preregister to vote. There are no substantive differences between the proposed and final version of this rule
