Help America Vote Act of 2002 (P.107-252), RI Gen. Laws 17-7-5 et seq. and 17-19-24.1 et seq.

Purpose and Reason:

The within ruls and regulations were adopted by the Board of Elections for the purpose of amending the procedures for the casting, certification and tabulation of provisional ballots pursuant to the requirements of Help America Vote Act of 2002 ("HAVA"). (Note: Original adoption last filed 3/7/05 with Administrative Archives.)
