Purpose and Reason:
The purpose of these Rules and Regulations is to establish a procedure for the approval and operation of automated traffic violation monitoring systems installed within the State of Rhode Island, pursuant to Section 31-41.2-3 of the Rhode Island General Laws of 1956, as amended.
