Purpose and Reason:

Concise Explanatory Statement - §42-35-2.3 The Municipal Road and Bridge Revolving Fund Act of 2013 (the Act) established a Municipal Road and Bridge Revolving Fund administered by the Rhode Island Clean Water Finance Agency (RICWFA) for road and bridge projects with project evaluation assistance from the Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT). The Act required RIDOT to promulgate regulations for Municipal Infrastructure Plan submission, review, and ranking.
