This technical revision is being filed to move the currently effective regulation (effective as of 2/06/2008) into Title 280, Chapter 30, Subchapter 05, Part 5. The RICR citation for the Department of Revenue regulation entitled, "Rules and Regulations Regarding Eligibility for Pupil Transportation Certificate" will therefore become 280-RICR-30-05-5. No changes have been made to the text of the regulation as part of this filing as the Department of Revenue intends to propose substantive amendments to this regulation. This filing does not constitute resubmission of this regulation into the Rhode Island Code of Regulations pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-35-5(b).
