Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this filing is to amend the existing rules and regulations manual for staff members, instructors, and recruits of the Municipal Police Training Academy. Updates and corrections are needed to the version that is currently promulgated. The only substantive difference between the proposed and final rules is in Chapter III, Section 2 "Courtesy": the term "truthful was added to subsection B. This was a change made by the agency.
