Purpose and Reason:
The amendment adds Regulation 14, which exempts certain employers that provide a telephonic call center for motorists to use to obtain motor-vehicle roadside assistance services from paying Sunday and holiday premium pay. There are no substantive differences between the proposed rule and the final rule.
