Purpose and Reason:
The proposed rule would define the procedure for requesting an exemption to the requirement that work performed by employees on Sundays and holidays must be paid for at least one and one-half (1½) times the normal rate of pay for the work performed and grant an exemption to said requirement to manufacturers of monoclonal antibodies using mammalian cells.
