Purpose and Reason:
Rules and Regulations for Workers'Compensation Self-Insurance Program Due to comments during the comment period the only form to be changed was the RI SI-15 Calculated Security Requirement - the SIR Adjustment chart was changed to use the same retention level. We have also added to the rules package all the rest of the self-insured forms that were not changed so they would be all in one place.
