Purpose and Reason:

TO ENSURE THAT ALL LEASED EMPLOYEES RECEIVE WORKERS' COMPENSATION INSURANCE COVERAGE AS REQUIRED BY RI GENERAL LAWS SO THAT PREMIUM IS PAID COMMENSURATE WITH EXPOSURE AND ANTICIPATED CLAIM EXPERIENCE AND THAT SAID COVERAGE IS CONTINUED TIMELY FOR RI LESSEES AND EMPLOYERS TO PROPERLY MANAGE THEIR AFFAIRS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW.
