Purpose and Reason:
Would make RI Prevailing Wage Laws consistent with the federal General Wage Decisions from Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations. Would also define several terms relating to Prevailing Wages and make changes to fringe beenfit credits, apprentice employees and daily log requirements procedures. There are no substantive differences between the proposed rule and the final rule.
