Regulation Authority:
Chapter 37-13 of the General Laws of the State of Rhode Island
Purpose and Reason:
The proposed rule changes regarding Labor and the Payment of Debt by Contractors require prevailing wage submission forms and keeping of records; clarify the date of statutory application; the Department’s jurisdiction and requirements for investigation; and adopts the Department’s methods for computing fringe benefit credits and apprenticeship ratios. The proposed rule change also adopts numerous definitions.
