Purpose and Reason:
To establish and implement procedures for the issuance of Certificates of Approval for the granting of financial assistance for water pollution abatement projects which contribute to the removal, curtailment or mitigation of pollution of the waters of the State by the RI Clean Water Finance Agency outside of the State Revolving Fund program.
