Purpose and Reason:
Introduction to definitions section was added or altered to reference the new General Definitions Regulation; definitions of terms defined in new General Definitions Regulation were removed from regulation when context permitted; typographical errors were corrected and outdated terms were updated; general provisions section consisting of legal requirements was added; numbering was updated where necessary.
