Regulation Authority:
Chapters 42-17.1 "DEM"; 42-17-6; 20-1-2; 20-1-4; 20-3-2 through 20-3-6; 20-4 through 20-10, in accordance with 42-35 of the RIGL 1956, as amended.
Purpose and Reason:
to insert the words 'black sea bass' and to delete the word 'bluefish' from the original filing which purpose was to establish and describe the licensing and commercial fisheries management process the Department is required to implement pursuant to the 2002 Commercial Fisheries Management Act
