Regulation Authority:
Chapter 42-17.1"DEM"; 42-17-6; 20-1-2; 20-1-4; 20-3-2 through 20-3-6; 20-4 through 20-10, in accordance with 42-35 of the RIGL 1956, as amended.
Purpose and Reason:
to establish and describe the licensing and commercial fisheries management process the Department is required to implement pursuant to the 2002 Commercial Fisheries Management Act.
