Purpose and Reason:
The purpose of this filing is to make a technical revision to the lobster regulations by inserting the wording “legal-sized” in section 15.20.3(2)(F), which was inadvertently left out, and will clarify and accurately reflect the intent of this section as it pertains to the v-notching of certain female lobsters in LCMA 2.
