Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this amendment to "RI Marine Fisheries Statutes and Regulations - Part XV - Lobsters, Other Crustaceans, and Horseshoe Crabs" is to set a schedule for minimum escape vent and gauge size increase, and to remove the lobster exemption certificate for fishermen. Supercedes ERLID # 2938
