Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this amendment to the RI Marine Fisheries Statutes and Regulations - Part XV - Lobsters, Other Crustaceans, and Horseshoe Crabs is to adjust the escape vent regulations and to limit the amount of trap tags allowed on lobster pots. Supercedes ERLID #2783
