Purpose and Reason:
the purpose of the amendments to the "RI Marine Fisheries Statutes and Regulations - Part XV - Lobsters, Other Crustaceans, and Horseshoe Crabs is to amend the escape vent regulations, file the dealer exemption permit program; and update with current AAD rules for appeal.
