Purpose and Reason:
The purpose of this amendment to the "RI Marine Fisheries Statutes and Regulations - Part XII - Striped Bass" is to close the commerical striped bass fishery for all gear types other than floating fish traps, effective 12:01 AM on 9/13/04.
