Purpose and Reason:
The purpose of this amendment to "RI Marine Fisheries Statutes and Regulations - Part XII - Striped Bass is to re-open the striped bass fishery for all gear types except floating fish traps in order to harvest the remaining 16,000 lbs. of annual allotted quota, effective 11/8/03 at 12:01 AM
