Regulation Authority:
Chapters 42-17.1 "DEM"; 42-17-6; 20-2-1; 20-1-4; 20-3-2 through 20-3-6; 20-4 through 20-10, in accordance with 42-35 of the RIGL 1956, as amended.
Purpose and Reason:
To change the minimum mesh requirements for trawl nets used to harvest scup and black sea bass and the pounds of black sea bass in possession that trigger use of 4.5" mesh.
