Purpose and Reason:
Annual proposals for recreational management for Summer flounder, Scup, Tautog, and Black sea bass for compliance with federal fisheries management plan; annual proposals for commercial tautog for compliance with federal fisheries management plan; proposed amendments for commercial coastal sharks and skate for compliance with federal fisheries management plan; general editing for improved clarity of regulation
