Chapters 42-17.1, 42-17.6, 20-4 through 20-10, and sections 20-1-2, and 20-1-4, in accordance with Chapter 42-35 of the Rhode Island General Laws of 1956, as amended.
Purpose and Reason:
The purpose of this filing is to amend regulations governing the recreational summer flounder, scup, and black sea bass, management plans for 2012, as well as, adopt regulations governing the commercial and recreational taking of skate. This filing also makes a technical revision to modify Section 7.22.2-1(b) in order to change “this section” to read as part of Section 7.22.2-1(a).
