Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this filing is to alter the aggregate landing program for summer flounder to a 2 week program, to alter the management plan for scup for the floating fish trap sector, and to add in references to the new SAFIS regulations. All changes stem from the 11/7/05 public hearing.
