Purpose and Reason:
The purpose of the amendments to "RI Marine Fisheries Statutes and Regulations - Part VII - Minimum Sizes of Fish/Shellfish are to: increase the commercial possession limit of scup to 3,500 lbs. [from 2,000]; increase the commercial possession of summer flounder to 1,000 lbs. [from 450]; and to reduce the commercial possession of black sea bass to 100 lbs. [from 500] all effective 1:00 PM on 11/3/04. Supercedes Erlid#3212
