Chapters 42-17.1 "DEM"; 42-17-6; 20-1-2; 20-1-4; 20-3-2 through 20-3-6; 20-4 through 20-10, and in accordance with 42-35 of the RIGL 1956, as amended.
Purpose and Reason:
The purpose of these amendments to the "RI Marine Fisheries Statutes and Regulations - Part VII are to: allow the summer flounder aggregate landings emergency program to expire; to allow the spiny dogfish aggregate landings program to expire; to alter the recreational management plans for both scup and summer flounder; and to alter the management plan for the commercial floating fish trap scup fishery. Supercedes ERLID#2910
