Purpose and Reason:
The purpose of these amendments to the "RI Marine Fisheries Statutes and Regulations - Part VII are to: allow the summer flounder aggregate landings emergency program to expire; to allow the spiny dogfish aggregate landings program to expire; to alter the recreational management plans for both scup and summer flounder; and to alter the management plan for the commercial floating fish trap scup fishery.
