Regulation Authority:
Chapters 42-17.1 "DEM", 42-17.6, 20-2-1, 20-1-4, 20-3-2 through 20-3-6, 20-4 through 20-10, in accordance with 42-35 of the RIGL's 1956, as amended.
Purpose and Reason:
to reduce the commercial possession limit of scup from 10,000 pounds to 1,000 pounds per vessel per calendar day
