Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this filing is to amend the bay scallop opening season, dip net harvest season, use of scallop dredges in shellfish management areas, amend the commercial bay scallop daily possession limit to 3 bushels per day, and routine clarification of regulatory language or removal of expired language.
