Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this filing is to set the 2012-2013 winter shellfish harvesting schedule for the following Shellfish Management Areas; Greenwich Bay, Bristol Harbor, Bissel Cove/Fox Island, Pottowamut and High Banks, and remove expired language.
