Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this filing is to amend the shellfish regulations by removing redundant language that already appears in the commercial fishing licensing regulations, clarify daily possession limits in section 4.11.1-3 (Conimicut Point Shellfish Management Area), and to update regulatory citations for consistency with certain statutory changes.
