Purpose and Reason:
the purpose of this EMERGENCY amendement to the "RI Marine Fisheries Statutes and Regulations - Part IV - Shellfish" is to open the Bissel Cove - Fox Island Transplant Area to shellfishing during specific times and dates due to catastrophic Bay closure due to rainfall. Supercedes ERLID# 3346.
