Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this amendment to the "RI Marine Fisheries Statutes and Regulations - Part IV - Shellfish is to amend the Potowomut Shellfish Management Area boundaries and harvest schedules; and to modify the schedule of the the High Banks Shellfish Management Area. Supercedes ERLID#2554
