Regulation Authority:
Title 20, Chapters 42-17.1, 42-17.6, and 42-17.7, and in accordance with Chapter 42-35-18(b)(5), Administrative Procedures Act of the Rhode Island General Laws of 1956, as amended.
Purpose and Reason:
To decrease the possession limit of the commercial Summer flounder fishery from 1,500 to 1,000 lbs/vessel/week for vessels participating in the Aggregate Landing Program; and from 200 to 100 lbs/vessel/day for vessels not in the Aggregate Landing Program.
