Purpose and Reason:
The subject regulations having been promulgated to administer certain open space bond funds that were approved in 1987, and those funds having been allocated by the Department, the need is no longer presented for the continuation of these regulations. On the basis, of the above, the subject regulations are no longer necessary and should be repealed and eliminated. No comments were received during the public comment period.
